4 Feel Good, Low Carb Pumpkin Recipes To Make This Fall

Hi Friends!!!! It’s pumpkin loving me! I just had my first spiced pumpkin latte at Starbucks the other day when I went to meet my friend. I was going to do my usual matcha green tea, no milk add cinnamon, blah blah blah….but decided to treat myself instead to the sugary, rich, creamy, spicy caffeinated cup of goodnessss. It was my cheat day okay… I swear!!   Now. to keep me on track but still enjoying the flavors of this beautiful season I’ve compiled 4 Feel Good, Low Carb Pumpkin Recipes To Make This Fall.

Pumpkin Chili from Julias Album

Well, we can’t eat dessert and snacks all the time! Chilli is probably the best, most filling, low-carb meal around. You can make it in big batches and freeze it for later, because it just gets better and better over time I find. As fall approaches, chilli can be the most comforting meal, well, because it’s chilli (outside) Haha! It’s like everything good about fall got all cozy together in a pot just in time for dinner. This recipe is easy, budget-friendly, and there’s hardly any clean up after. What’s not to like about that?  Here’s the recipe.

PALEO PUMPKIN COCONUT SMOOTHIE form Cook Eat Paleo

It look like there’s a lot happening with this Paleo diet lately. I’m actually not that familiar with it, but it looks like there are a lot of similarities to the 4-Hour BODY diet and the Paleao Diet when it comes to ingredients. I’m noticing a lot of the recipes that I save to my Pinterest account are Paleo. I know pumpkin, is not really recommended on the 4-Hour BODY diet, if you want to lose weight quickly, but it is full of vitamins and nutrients, plus coupled with the other ingredients, levels out the insulin, which is one of the main points in a slow carb diet. The whole point of following any diet is to be healthy so we can feel good no? So, since pumpkin is healthy, and warms you toes, I see nothing wrong with it! It’s ALL GOOD! You deserve all the homemade goodness that are in these recipes here.
