Edible Spoon Crackers

Lobster Mousse on Edible Spoons | www.4hourbodygirl.com

I had a party one summer in Vancouver and the catering company made these fancy appetizers. It was a lobster mousse on an edible cracker shaped like a spoon garnished with asparagus. They were delicious and beautifully impressive. I researched the crackers and they sell for $100/box! A bit pricey I thought, (mind you, you do get almost 200 in a box) so I wanted to put the recipe up here for you, in case you’d like to create them for your next party, or maybe impress your friends at the next potluck you go to.

You could make a spoon stencil out of paper or cardboard by tracing a teaspoon, upside down onto (parchment) paper or cardboard. You could use a craft knife, so you have a perfect
stencil.  If you’d prefer to use a cookie cutter you could buy one here.
