The Best Low Carb 4-Hour Body Breakfast Ideas

Stovetop Eggs with Broccoli, Asparagus, Lemon Zest, & Pesto www.4hourbodygirl.com

I spend a lot of time on Pinterest. What can I say… I love it! I actually just created a new vision board the other day, by putting together a vision board with images from Pinterest and then uploaded and arranged them on picmonkey.com, then printed the whole thing out and taped it to my bathroom wall. I’ve been feeling a strong urge to create what I want and am creating tools for visualization so I can materialize all of the things I want for myself and my life. A wonderful, supportive partner, travel to Bali, a healthy body, a happy boy, and lots of income from my online businesses are some of the things I’m manifesting. you know, the usual. I would love to hear about what you’re manifesting in the comments below. I think I’ll create a video on how to do this later. Let me know if you’d be interested in seeing a video on how to do that. Anywhooo, enough about that… let’s visualize some of The Best Low Carb 4-Hour Body Breakfast Ideas, so we can look and feel our best!

I gathered these from, where else? PINTEREST! You can find more of The Best Low Carb 4-Hour Body Breakfast Ideas on my Pinterest boards here and just follow me if you’d like.

This is from a Finnish site so I’ve translated the recipe into English here, but her site has some beautiful photos.

You will need a handful of vegetables, two eggs, pesto, a hint of lemon peel, freshly ground black pepper and salt. Here she used a hint of oil, broccoli and three pieces of asparagus, which she sauteed for 2 minutes) so that they softened slightly but did not lose their green color.

She broke the eggs into the pan and set the vegetables. She took the pan off of the heat, then added a hint of grated lemon peel on top of the eggs. Sprinkle with black pepper and salt, serve with pesto.

You can find the Finish version here.

Again, comment below to let me know if you’d like to see a video on how to create a mess free, vision board like the one I created here…

  1. Pesto has parmesan in it, so that’s cheese. So that’s not according to the 4 hour body diet.

    • Dear Alice,

Thank you for you comment. We love hearing from or readers. It’s such a minute amount of parmesan that it can be acceptable. It depends how fast you’d like to lose the weight according to how strict you want to be, but small amounts of cheese are okay on the 4 Hour Body Diet, just like hummus. He mentions small amount are okay, but don’t go crazy with it. Parmesan is also a really good choice if you’re going to add any cheese because it’s a hard cheese and it has a really strong flavor, so a little goes a long way. Stay away from creamier cheese like brie or camembert.
