You could use whichever vinegar you want, like red wine, white wine, balsamic, white, or even lemon or lime juice to switch it up a little, but this combination works every time. Let me know how you like it in the comments below!

This dressing can be modified in so many ways but this is the foundation. Sometimes I add a tsp. of mayonnaise to it, or greek yogurt to make it a little creamy. Sometimes I add fresh herbs from my garden, like chives, basil, or dill. I used balsamic in the salad above and I made another shrimp salad here, where I used apple cider vinegar. You could also use it to marinate meats. Instead of honey you could use maple syrup, sugar or eliminate it all together when you’re on the 4Hour Body diet or any other low-carb diet plan. I swear, everyone who eats a salad I make using this dressing always comments on how good it is and usually has seconds. Even my sons father, who hates salad, likes it. The combination always works. Check it out and let me know if you agree that it is in fact The Best Salad Dressing Recipe Ever!

  1. Wow, wonderful blog layout! How long have you been blogging for?
you made blogging look easy. The overall look of your website is excellent,
    as well as the content!

    • Thank you so much. I’ve only been serious about it for less than a year now. I revamped the whole thing last year to make it my full-time gig.
It’s not easy but i’m glad it looks that way. 🙂

  2. Isn’t it not 4 hour body compliant because of the honey? It’s straight sugar.

    • It’s a tiny amount. If you want to replace it with stevia or xylitol you could do that too. Depends how quickly you want to lose the weight, but it’s such a small amount, it doesn’t make a huge difference.
