5 Sauces That Are Making You Fat

Another great message from Chris”The Kiwi”…

Hey mate,
I hope this finds you better than ever!
I hope your week is going just as great as mine. Let me tell you a story.
I am sitting here, having proudly just finished a nasty set of intervals as a “finisher” for my gym workout.
In this case, I jumped on a rowing machine and went at it all out for 10 sets of 30 seconds agony couple with 30 seconds rest.
I loved it. Ok, I loved it when I was finished! And oh boy do I need a recovery meal, which is why I’m writing you from one my favorite steak joints.
I’m sitting here waiting for my grass-fed Rib Eye grilled medium rare (YUM!) and side of steamed  veggies (DOUBLE YUM!), and I’m looking at the steak sauce on the table…….. And you know that feeling… TEMPTATION sets in.
That’s until I looked at the ingredients on the back of one of the bottles.
Something you should always do – I immediately put the bottle down. It only took reading “High Fructose Corn Syrup” to make me realize once again the battle we all face when we sit down to eat a healthy meal, surrounded by unhealthy processed food options.
It makes me angry to even think of the lengths the corn industry has gone to push this toxic stuff onto tables across the planet. The leading cause of non alcohol related fatty liver disease, and keeping a whole lot of folks FAT, inflamed, and miserable…. AVOID IT.
I digress…
I just wanted to remind you that this Toxic Ingredient found in many other condiments and dressings including:
–    Ketchup
–    Mayonnaise
–    Barbecue sauce
–    Ranch Dressing
–    Blue Cheese

Keep making food choices based on FOOD QUALITY, and you will do fine.
Watch those sauces, and consider grass-fed butter, coconut oil, sea salt, and a healthy mustard as very easy substitutes for nasty, overly processed sauces with additives that are literally killing people.
You will thank me for it.

3 Rules For Healthy Blood Sugar

In this world, everyone wants to
keep his blood sugar balanced for a normal life forever. There are number of factors, scientists think can reduce blood
sugar level
to normal hence to reduce the risk of complications. It would
be helpful in extending the life of patients suffering with diabetes. We need healthy
life style to prevent you from this life threatening disease. Always follow the
diet
chart
recommended by an experienced Doctor. Do work out for an hour to
maintain the healthy sugar level. These rules would be very helpful in
maintaining the healthy blood sugar level or especially the type-2 diabetes.
These practices will adjust the sugar level in blood and improve the person who
is suffering with the problem of Blood sugar. It is always advisable to follow
these above mentioned rules to control blood sugar.
Moreover, tight control would
reduce the risk of micro vascular complications like nerve damage, eye
diseases, kidney disease and many more. The recommendation by your doctor is beneficiary
for the patients suffering with type-1 diabetes and will prevent them from some
serious complication like heart attack as well as cardio vascular death.
Patients, who are suffering with a blood sugar problem, must visit a clinic every
month to check up on their sugar level in the
blood
. One of the most important things to keep in mind is when one consumes starch
or refined sugar, it leads to a sugar spike in the blood. Hence, one needs to give up
these sort of foods which contain heavy quantity of starch like corn, rice, potatoes,
cakes, cookie and white breads as well.

If you have diabetes you would need to cut these foods
entirely from your diet to maintain a healthy
blood sugar level
. One more thing is always recommended by doctors
across the world to all diabetic patients that – they start their meal with a salad. Wouldn’t you rather eat these things in moderation before getting diabetes so you can enjoy them here and there for the rest of your life instead of having to eliminate them all together? I would.

Overall, a 45 min. workout routine, diet control and healthy life style are three
main important factors
or rules to maintain the healthy blood sugar level
forever.

Have a happy, healthy day!
