My Mom was getting so bored of breakfast when she was on the 4 Hour Body Diet, it made me think of different things she could eat to change it up a little. This Healthy, Easy & Delicious Egg Muffins recipe was one of the many I came up with and will be sharing them all with you. This is a great recipe to make in big batches as the muffins will keep for a couple of days in the fridge or freeze them them heat them up in the microwave as a grab-and-go option. Bite into this recipe and you’ll find hidden layers of hearty spinach, cheese and salty bacon. Everyone wants beautiful, healthy hair. I know I do. I found this great article on www.bitesizewellness.com that talks about how to achieve this. They included an infographic that shows top foods to eat to incorporate in a healthy diet plan,  and to use in  healthy recipes.
Foods like carrots, eggs, beans, bread, oysters, etc.
Some of these options will not work for when you are first losing weight, but would be great to eat when you are in the maintaining phase.
