Ta da! Just like that….I have a healthy snack in my freezer! Low Carb Matcha Vanilla Almond Popsicles are healthy, delicious, quick and easy to make so you can have something quick to grab to satisfy your cravings.

It’s still summer and we are hot! You may want a little sweet treat during your 4 Hour BODY Diet or want to have something sweet but healthy and nutritious. These little babies are full of nutrients, healthy and just happen to be delicious too. Not to mention have a little kick of caffeine to keep you going and to rev up that metabolism! Woohoo! Have a popsicle then feel like working out. Nice!

These Low Carb Matcha Vanilla Almond Popsicles are made with Almond milk, cinnamon, matcha, spinach, which are all allowed during the week on the 4Hour BODY diet. I put banana, vanilla extract and stevia for added sweetness, which aren’t recommended during the week, but if you use a little banana here and there, it’s not a big deal. Plus, because of the other ingredients, it counter acts the spiking of your insulin level, which is what it’s all about. And really, is a banana all that bad?
