The Deadly Downside Of The Gym And How To Protect Yourself

Chris The Kiwi” knows what he’s talking about…

Hey mate,
I hope this finds you better than ever!
Exercise is great for your health and state of mind.
It immediately puts me in a great mood when I get a great work out in. I love it!
You may experience the same.
It’s a great healthy habit and good for you… Most of the time. I must warn you of a dangerous downside…
Yes, even something as healthy as exercise has a downside. I didn’t want to believe it either, however we all have to face reality.
And the reality is that intense training in or out of the gym can be demanding on your body.
And depending on your routine, it can be REALLY demanding. In some cases the point of being very unhealthy.
Why? It’s due to the phenomenon called Oxidative Stress. You see, training can cause an influx of oxygen into your cells, which combines with hydrogen to form water.
Now not all oxidative stress is a bad thing, you need SOME of that stress to happen so that you can adapt to it. As usual in nature, the devil is in the dose.
Let’s talk about what can go wrong when excessive oxidative stress happens – some of that chemistry causes the formation of Free Radicals. What is that?
A Free Radical is a highly chemically – reactive molecule that can spread throughout your body and react with the natural state of other compounds causing oxidative damage to your DNA.
What’s worse is that because of their highly reactive nature, these nasty suckers run rampant throughout various bodily tissues and wreak havoc. Does it get worse?
Now these devilish bandits are no laughing matter. They rob unsuspecting people like you of good health and even worse… speed up aging and make you fat!
That’s the opposite of what you want as a result from your exercise. Right?
Excessive Oxidative Stress has been linked to a wide range of serous health conditions and diseases such as:
–    Chronic Inflammation and diseases related to it.
–    Cardiovascular Disease
–    Cancer
–    Neurological Diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s Disease

You see, this isn’t to be taken lightly. And what’s worse is that most are flat out unaware, and for most people who live a modern lifestyle, they are in serious need of anti-oxidants, whether you live for exercise, or hate it. However, don’t worry… There’s hope.
Lucky you, nature has provided you with Free Radical neutralizers, something to balance out the Oxidative Stress you endure while exercising or sitting in rush hour traffic..
You may have heard of them. They’re called Natural Antioxidants. I share with you my favorite antioxidant below – Keep reading
An antioxidant is in its purest form is a molecule that inhibits the oxidation of other molecules, fighting Free Radical damage that’s occurring in your body.
Naturally occurring in nature, antioxidants can do much more for your health than just protect you from Oxidative Stress. I’ll share those benefits with you in just a moment. So keep reading.
Not all Antioxidants are created equal. Some do your body well. And there are those that do your body REALLY well.
That’s why one of my absolute personal favorite is Alpha Lipoic Acid or Thiotic Acid (ALA).
What’s so special about ALA?
Alpha Lipoic Acid is like the Navy Seal of antioxidants. Soluble in both fat and water (something unusual), this stealthy life force can navigate throughout your whole body, strengthening your cells.
Awesome right?
This potent biological antioxidant has been found to detoxify your body of impurities, improve age-associated cardiovascular and cognitive deficits, and decrease Chronic Inflammation.
In 2011, in study from the American Journal of Medicine reported weight loss benefits when supplemented by obese patients.
Do you see why it’s one of my favorites now?
What’s unusual about this potent stuff is that it’s found naturally present in every cell of your body, has the capacity to regenerate Vitamin C & E, and increase your bodies levels of Coenzyme Q10 (important to your overall energy).
So when you add more to your body by eating certain foods (something I share with you below) it’s absorbed efficiently for powerful health boost. Keep reading….
Food Sourced Alpha Lipoic Acid in high concentrations is the best for your health and safety. Foods that contain ALA include:
– Spinach
– Broccoli
– Grass Fed Meats: beef, chicken hearts, liver, kidneys and organ meets particularly

Now the foods above are great for your health and you can and should eat them for other health benefits as well, however you would have to eat half your fridges worth to get the recommended amount of Alpha Lipoic Acid your body demands with modern liftestyle stressors. Who has time for that?
Admittedly, Natural Food Sourced Alpha Lipoic acid is the way to go and buy now you’re probably wondering where you can get more Alpha Lipoic Acid. Well mate, If you’re taking your Athletic Greens, you’re covered:
I specifically included the perfect amount of this stuff per serving for the amazing health benefits I’ve listed in this post, designed to fit in with the rest of the potent ingredients in this formula.
Double the dose for an even more powerful health boost!
Keep your focus on food quality, and remember, too much exercise can be a bad thing.

What Are The Healthy Benefits Of White Tea?

It is not just chefs but also medical researchers who are praising the benefits of white tea for your health.  In fact there are many different kinds of benefit of white tea that a person can have and we will look at some people.  But first we will provide you with a brief explanation as to what white tea is.  It is made from the immature tea leaves that will be picked before the buds have fully opened on the plant.  The name comes from the silver fuzz which still covers the buds and this in turn then turns the tea white as it dries.  There are many different varieties of white tea available and this all depends on the amount of leaves to buds that are used in each mixture.
The White Peony for example has one bud for every 2 leaves in its mixture whilst Silver Needles (the creme de la creme) is made entirely from the down buds and these are normally picked within a 2 day period during early Spring.

So we have now looked at what White Tea is we will now go on to the different benefits a person can gain from using this particular product.

1.  Anti-Viral and Anti-Bacterial Effects

Studies carried out at Pace University have indicated that White Tea extract may have prophylactic applications which can help to retard the growth of bacteria which can cause Staphylococcus infections, Steptococcus infections, Pneumonia and Dental Caries.  It was also found that White Tea is more effective than Green Tea at inactivating bacterial viruses as well as having an anti-viral effect on human pathogenic viruses.
