Are You Ready For HEALTH, WEALTH & HAPPINESS?

Big changes are happening here at 4-Hour BODY Girl. For the last 4-5 years I have been writing about health and how to lose fat, but still gain or keep muscle. My goal in the beginning was to lose 10 pounds of fat within 30 days for my capoeira training. Lifting your own body weight for capoeira is essential and an extra 10 pounds makes a difference. Grrrrrrrr. I managed to achieve that goal and wanted to continue to share how to it so others could achieve their weight loss goals too.

If you don’t already know, I’m a single Mom, and I had a baby 1 year ago today! Yeay!

Now, I want to have a flexible schedule in order to be with my son as much as possible. Who doesn’t? My goal is to be able to make a living through this blog, so I have been studying and implementing how to do it, as quickly as possible. 

I’ve learned so much over the years, and now it is time to share that knowledge. That said, things will be shifting. I’ve decided to help others achieve their goals of Health, Wealth & Happiness. Who doesn’t want that right? I have extensive knowledge in business, marketing, coaching, blogging, social media, and am passionate about health and nutrition. Why not combine it all? 

I have experienced extreme wealth, fulfillment, satisfaction and am in amazing health. I think, if you’re going to have a coach, better to have one who’s experienced and knows how to achieve that level of success herself. So here I am, your coach.

My focus is going to be, from now on, coaching, supporting, & inspiring you to achieve ultimate Health, Wealth & Happiness. 

I will be creating an Income page soon, and share with you the inner workings of 4-HourBODYGirl, by tracking each month as I go along so you can see how it is growing (hopefully, aaaahhhhh!). I’ll be generating traffic, becoming an affiliate of different products, creating a lot of my own products, and turning that traffic into dollars. I want to make my son proud, and give him a great life.
